We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
All returns must meet the criteria outlined in the terms below.

Accepted Reasons for Return:
Faulty or damaged items
Manufacturing defects
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, reasons related to personal taste or preference, or shipping delays beyond our control.
Items in Transit:
Refunds cannot be issued while your order is still in transit. If your parcel is declared lost by the courier, we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Accidental or Duplicate Orders:
We do not refund accidental or duplicate orders.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We cannot offer refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns After 30 Days:
We cannot process returns or refunds beyond 30 days from delivery. This window allows adequate time to test your VISTA Smart Projector and ensure it functions properly. Issues arising after this period are typically due to general wear and tear, which is not covered.
Important Notes for VISTA Projectors
Extended Warranty:
Our 5-Year Extended Warranty must be purchased at the same time as the projector. It is not valid if bought after the original purchase.
Screen Mirroring Restrictions:
Certain streaming services place restrictions on mirroring or casting due to content protection and piracy policies. These limitations are controlled by the app or platform, not by VISTA. This is beyond our control and not a valid reason for return. We do not offer returns or refunds if a specific app cannot be mirrored. In these cases, you may be able to access the app directly from the projector.
App Compatibility:
Our projectors come with popular apps such as Netflix and YouTube pre-installed. While you can download and install many other apps, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party app available on the market. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds based on app compatibility issues.
WiFi/Internet Issues:
Customers are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is compatible and stable.
Cooling Fan Noise:
The projector has a built-in fan that emits a low-level hum for safety. Refunds will not be issued based on this standard operating noise.
Bluetooth Audio Delay:
Slight audio delays may occur when using external speakers via Bluetooth. Refunds are only issued for issues with the built-in speaker.
Returns Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.
To begin a return, contact our support team at support@vistaofficial.com. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Do not send items without prior contact — unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
You may cancel or amend your order (including the shipping address) within 3 hours of placing it. After this window, we begin processing your order and changes may no longer be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it's damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Note: We do not accept returns for parcels with minor outer packaging damage. If the outer packaging is significantly damaged, we will assess the situation. However, if the projector itself is undamaged and fully functional, no return or refund will be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank may require additional time to process and post the refund.
